Sponsored by the prestigious Japanese Yonezawa Rotary Club, this program is intended to provide 300 USD only onetime to four PUC dynamic students to support their studies, those who have the following qualifications:

1. Strong English skills and high GPA (Undergraduates: 3.0; Graduates: 3.5)
2. Recommended by their professors and/or dean
3. Must not be a recipient of another scholarship Program
4. Students of any majors are welcome to apply
5. Female students with low socio-economic background are encouraged to apply

Application Procedures: 

1. Fill in the application (Form can be obtained at International Study Program Office)
2. Transcript (Academic Record)
3. Write a Family Profile focusing on  family income
4. 2 Recommendation Letters from professors and/or dean
5. Submit an essay about your personal background
